Ann Flanagan
Ann Flanagan grew up in Eastern Washington where she enjoyed playing outside year-round with a neighborhood of boys. She was free to roam and enjoyed horseback riding with her friends in the nearby Dishman Hills.
Writing letters with a childhood friend for twenty years satisfied her desire to write while other jobs took up most of her time.
In May 2020, a friend suggested she write a novel. The Unseen Path was only the beginning. She has been called a prolific writer, authoring nine novels in four years.
Ann likes to draw from real-life experiences, and loves to hear from her readers. She speaks at events but writing is her passion.
She and her husband spend as much time as possible with their grown sons and their families, as well as close friends.

Loved this final book of the Path of Life series! A wonderful Christian book for young and old alike and how our choices can affect our future. The endearing character's struggles, secrets and life choices will keep you reading to the end!!

If you enjoyed Ann Flanagan's excellent first novel, The Unseen Path, this sequel will not disappoint! The author skillfully weaves the details of her characters' lives and circumstances into a compelling story of life in the south of the 1940's. As in her first novel, the author does a superb job of painting the larger historical narrative, but it is her extraordinary sensitivity to the finer points of human emotion and interaction that enriches the novel and so, reader's experience. Highly recommended!

My first “Ann Flanagan” book, but definitely not my last!! Such a thriller that I could hardly put down! So relevant for our times and included much hope and encouragement for such a time as this. Looking forward to reading your Life Path series, Ann!

I recommend beginning with the first book in the series and reading through to best be able to follow the flow and family line of this series. All of the books in this series depicts the inner struggles of our hearts and the growth that can take place when we are teachable. It is a great series of hope, showing brokenness to healing throughout the characters lives.

At Home and Abroad brings you back to when you were a teenager. The characters come alive and you become acquainted with people that are choosing different paths of life in this continuation of the series. I especially enjoyed how the story continues without just being a cut and dried romance where they all live happily ever after. A great read!

Empty Shell is a page-turner. I couldn't put it down. It is brilliantly aligned with end-times biblical prophesy. Even though some elements of prophesy will not be known until they occur, Empty Shell is a thrilling description of how things may unfold.
